About us
The Hotelet d’Estamariu opens its doors again in July 2022, as a result of a new adventure by the couple, Emilio and Olga.
This three-star rural hotel is designed to help you disconnect in the middle of a nature. You can combine rest (walking or at the swimming pool) with physical activity (hiking or cycling). All this is accompanied by a gastronomic offer that will leave you wanting more.
The Restaurant
There’s magic in the kitchen. We prepare delicious meals with locally-sourced produce. We focus more on quality over quantity with our gastronomic offer. For example, our guests are very fond of our l’arròs de muntany (mountain rice) and grilled lamb.
Our bar service is available at lunchtime and for drinks orders outside of lunch and dinner times.
Interesting fact: the water we serve is from the village. It comes directly from a natural spring and is so pure that it doesn’t even need to be treated. It has an award for being the best water in the world.
The rooms
The Hotelet d’Estamariu is a charming rural hotel. All of our 14 rooms are designed to give you as much rest as possible. In fact, we have gone out of our way to ensure that our huge mattresses are the most comfortable around.
We have two types of rooms: Comfort Room and Superior Room. How are they different? It’s simple: while the Comfort Room is designed for couples, the Superior Room is larger, ideal for couples who want to enjoy a larger room, and suitable for families (up to 4 people) and some also have a whirlpool bath.
Every day there are more people who want their canine companion of adventures to accompany them. Thus, we are one of the hotels where we admit dogs, in rooms enabled for them.

The surroundings
Estamariu is a beautiful village located in the region of Alt Urgell, close to La Sede and only 15 kilometers from Andorra. More than 100 people live here, most of whom are dedicated to agriculture and livestock, making Estamariu an idyllic place to enjoy the peace and tranquility.
Here nature is unspoilt and abundant: you’ll find many trees, flowers of all kinds and lots of birds. We have a lot of routes for you to explore on foot or by bicycle, where you can connect with nature and even your inner self for probably the first time in a while. And as if that weren’t enough, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Sierra del Cadí.
